Durham Rotary Club Membership Application

Prospective new members, please fill out the online application below and submit it. You may use the last button to upload a file copy of a resume or another document too. When you are accepted for membership and inducted into the club you agree to follow the bylaws of the club. Bi-annual dues of $320 are billed in January and July and payment is expected within 45 days. This obligation continues until you resign in writing. We cannot pro-rate or return dues whether you have attended meetings or not, since these revenues are committed to our expenses and the causes that we support.  A copy of the current bylaws is available here. Rotary Bylaws

  11. Please submit a resume or short biographical sketch with this application.
  12. By submitting this application I hereby certify that I am qualified for membership both by my current or former executive position and by having a place of business or residence within the club's territorial limits, adjoining territory or in the same city in which the club is located.
  13. I understand that it will be my duty, if elected, to exemplify the Object of Rotary in all my daily contacts and activities and to abide by the constitutional documents of Rotary International and the club.
  14. I agree to pay an Admission Fee or $100 and Annual Dues of $700 (paid in semi-annual installments of $350 in January and $350 in July) in accordance with the bylaws of the club.
  15. Please check acknowledging that you agree to comply with the Durham Rotary bylaws and the Rotary International Constitution while an active member.
  16. I hereby give permission to the club to publish my name and proposed classification for membership.
