Phil Freelon – Paul Harris Fellow

For his service to the community and the arts, Andy Esser, the Chair of the Rotary Foundation Committee presented our speaker Phil Freelon at Paul Harris Fellowship, Mr. Freelon. who is also a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects, described three of his major projects celebrating this country’s African-American heritage during his enlightening and entertaining presentation.
